Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, please contact us by phone at +86 152 2099 6614 or by email at info@benoravo.com, providing your name, order number, item(s) purchased, shipping address, and contact number. You may reach us between 9 AM and 5 PM (Central Time), Monday through Friday. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund your payment.
Please note the following conditions:
- Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee of the total purchase price will apply to help cover processing and handling costs.
- Unshipped Orders: If your item has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
- Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for return instructions.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders and products made specifically for you cannot be canceled or returned. These sales are final, and any deposits made are non-refundable.
- Order Processing: We cannot accept cancellations for orders that are already being processed by our vendor or have shipped.
- Refused Delivery: Refusing delivery is not considered a valid cancellation method.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Pallet Policy & Shipping Claims for Damaged/Shortage/Refused Delivery
Inspect Your Shipment Carefully Upon Delivery
When accepting your shipment, you are acknowledging that the items were delivered in good condition and properly packed. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, you have the right to refuse the package if:
- The plastic wrap is damaged or torn.
- The package has visible damage, such as holes or tears.
- There is a missing item or shortage.
- The shrink wrap is broken.
- Any other signs of damage are visible.
Important: If you refuse delivery due to any of the above reasons, please note the reason for refusal (e.g., damaged, broken, holes, missing items) directly on the delivery receipt.
If you accept the delivery and notice any issues, please note any damages or shortages on the delivery receipt and contact us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
In case we need to retrieve damaged or defective items, please retain the pallet as it is required for pickup by the freight company. Palletized items must be returned within 14-30 days from receipt. Returns made after 30 days will incur return shipping fees and restocking fees.

Return Policy
1. Authorization
All returns must be authorized by BeNoravo. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. To request return authorization:
- Contact us via the form on our Contact Us page, email us at info@benoravo.com, or call us at +86 152 2099 6614.
- Once we receive your inquiry, one of our Service Representatives will assist you with the return process. We may ask for photos or videos to better understand the issue with your purchase.
- Once your return is processed and the item(s) received, we will issue a refund or credit within 7 business days.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- New and unused items, in their original packaging, are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Custom items, clearance products, and special orders are not eligible for returns.
- Installed items (e.g., shampoo backwash units, pedicure spas) and beauty products (due to health and safety regulations) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Partial returns for kits or incomplete sets will not be accepted. The full kit and all related parts must be returned for a refund.
3. Fees & Liabilities
- All returned products will be inspected and may incur additional fees. Products not returned in their original packaging will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
- Items returned damaged or not in original packaging will incur an additional 10% fee to cover the costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If an item was purchased through financing, all processing fees will be collected upfront before a return authorization is issued.
- Freight returns: If an item was originally shipped via freight, it must be returned using the same method. Please repackage the item in the original box and ensure it is strapped to a pallet. If you need assistance with this process, feel free to contact us.
